The role is with Derivatives&SEF (Strategic equity financing) Structuring team.

The team is in charge of structured / new / non-standard derivatives transactions with corporate clients across asset classes (mostly FX/Rates/Commodities) and long-term financing against liquid securities with these clients (e.g. repo transactions).

Key responsibilities

-Structuring of Derivatives&SEF transactions, including coming up with and fine-tuning: payoffs, legal/tax/accounting aspects, working with both bank’s in-house departments and external consultants
-Working out solutions for trading with new client segments, e.g. operating under specific regulations (e.g. residential real estate developers, etc.), in non-standard jurisdictions (e.g. without liquidation netting, etc.)
-Working on projects improving the bank’s capabilities to trade Derivatives&SEF transactions with corporate clients (e.g. taking collateral into account for CVA calculation, etc.)
-Coming up with ideas for new business
-Coordination of transactions execution process
-Potential to be involved in pricing and quantitative analysis of derivative and structured finance transactions depending on candidate’s skillset.
