Senior Investment Analyst (Established PE Fund), Secret Pool

● Pipeline analysis, industry research, financial modelling
● DD coordination, portfolio management
● Preparing presentations - fundraising, marketing, portfolio update, pipeline, etc.
● Participating in all stages of transaction process
● Work closely with senior team members on deal execution, including negotiation, structuring, and closing of investments

Requirements

● Degree in Mathematics or Physics is a must (at least high school)
● Degree in Economics/ Finance, post graduate degree preferred
● Minimum of 3 years experience in VC/PE/IB or a related field
● Experience in preparation of investment materials (financial models, memos, term sheets etc.)
● Well developed quantitative and analytical skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas
effectively.
