Investment Analyst with Administrative Responsibilities (Switzerland), Recruitment Boutique S.M.Art

Looking for an Investment Analyst with Administrative Responsibilities to a Family Office. Investments comprise all asset classes, both traditional (such as bonds, listed equities, FX and derivatives) and alternative (such as private investments).

Investments Responsibilities:

- Assistance in managing existing investment portfolio, which is highly diversified among asset classes, industries and geographies;
Analysis of new investment opportunities (both internally generated ideas and suggestions from banks);
- Preparation of internal investment reports;
- Financial accounting, bookkeeping and audit (together with the team);
- Interaction with banks on transactions, KYC questions, account openings etc. ​​​​​​​​

Administrative responsibilities:

- Office administration;
- Organizing the office and supporting the team in optimizing performance;
- Organizing concierge services and assisting the UBOs in their personal affairs is an integral part of the daily activities;
- Oral and written translations in English, German and Russian;
- Planning and preparation of meetings;
- Review of invoices according to offers and work done;
- Maintaining a maintenance calendar and list of open tasks and monitoring performance;
- Performing other ad hoc tasks as requested by clients and management.
