We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will engage in thorough analysis of financial data, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and the development of financial strategies. Additionally, you will enhance management reporting systems to ensure financial data is accurate, timely, and actionable. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, enabling you to contribute from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:
o Developing and implementing sophisticated management reporting systems that capture, analyse, and visualise financial data, ensuring reliable insights inform our strategies.
o Guaranteeing the accuracy and timeliness of financial information for both internal stakeholders and external partners, maintaining our commitment to transparency and accountability.
o Collaborating across departments to aggregate essential data and insights, fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and integrated planning.
o Compiling and delivering comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports that track our financial health and operational efficiency.
o Conducting detailed analyses of financial indicators to illuminate their implications for strategic decision-making, helping us navigate the complexities of our market.
o Designing and overseeing budgetary frameworks while projecting financial outcomes, equipping us with the foresight to optimise our resources.
o Leading initiatives to automate data collection and analytical procedures, enhancing our efficiency and agility in responding to financial trends.

Requirements

Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
o 1-3 years of experience in a financial analysis, accounting, or related role.
o Knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis.
o Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.
o Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
o Capable of working collaboratively in a team setting and managing tight deadlines.
o Fluent English language skills (B2/C1).
