Deputy head of retail underwriting, BCS Capital

Deputy head of retail underwriting, be responsible for the proper performance and discharge of the Company's underwriting activities. In this role, the Employee shall be required to:

Support, supervise and manage retail underwriting activities carried out by the Company on a daily basis;
Ensure the Company when carrying out retail underwriting activities fully comply with applicable law and regulation;

Ensure the adaptation and implementation of proper procedures, means of control and documentation in respect of retail underwriting activities;

Coordinate the work of retail underwriting team and liaison with other departments of the Company;
Regularly consult and update internal procedures so that they remain in line with legislative changes relevant to retail underwriting;

Be responsible for calculating the Rate(s) of Interest and Interest Amount(s) and/or such other amount(s) as may be specified in the relevant Final Terms (Base Prospectus);

Determine that an Extraordinary Events, Market Disruption Event, Potential Adjustment, Credit Event and such other Events as may be specified in the relevant Final Terms( Base Prospectus) has occurred;

Be responsible for the confirmation of coupon and final redemption amount calculations and such other calculations ) as may be specified in the relevant Final Terms( Base Prospectus);

Issue Notices addressed to the Paying Agent and the Issuer;
Exercise all tasks of calculation agent as they are designated in the Base prospectus.

Requirements

A University graduate of Economics, Finance or any other relevant field;

1-2 years of experience in CIF;

Advance CySEC certification a must;

Deep understanding of best execution policies and procedures according to MiFID II;

Fluent in Russian and English (Verbal & Written);

Understanding of hedging mechanics;

Attention to details and procedures;

A person of strong character and confidence who is able to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
