Preschool education in Moscow region

We analyse and structure much of the publicly available data on Moscow and Moscow Region preschool education market trends. What we see is that the near-shortage of seats can generally be attributed to public market with lower pricing, while private market looks somewhat over-supplied at current price levels, with the share of private institutions nevertheless climbing up. We then observe the government strategy aimed at reducing the seats deficit. Finally, we come up with the projection for Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM) for both public and private institutions.
