Consultant, Mezen

- Manage workstreams within client projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with managers, senior managers, and partners to plan project scope and objectives, allocate resources, and develop project timelines.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, including interns, associate consultants, and senior associate consultants.
- Conduct research, develop models, and prepare analytical reports and presentations that provide valuable insights and recommendations for clients.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest developments in the blockchain and crypto industry.

Requirements

- A minimum of three years of experience in financial consulting or asset management, or two years in a web3-related asset management firm or financial (management) consulting.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
- Proficient in financial modelling and analysis, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Figma is advantageous.
- Deep understanding and passion for blockchain and cryptocurrency.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proactive and adaptable in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
