Consulting Analyst, Mezen

- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry verticals, emerging blockchain technologies, and client-specific challenges.
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations that provide valuable insights and recommendations for clients.
- Work on client projects, providing strategic, operational, and financial advice tailored to each client's specific needs, developing strategies, analysing business models, designing tokenomics, and more.
- Develop and present proposals to clients, showcasing Mezen's expertise and value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results for clients.
- Support the team in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest developments in the blockchain and crypto industry.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant position in:
- or crypto-related firm;
- management consulting, investment bank, VC fund, preferably with a focus on blockchain or the technology industry.
- Strong financial modelling skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Figma is an advantage.
- Passion for blockchain and crypto.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills and presentation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
- Ability to work effectively, independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Availability to work remotely during standard business hours (GST).
