* Participation in new products development (existing products improvement)
* Gathering, filling and analysis of business/system requirements for new products or improvement of existing one
* Solution design preparation, gap-analysis, building and testing models
* Preparation of business/system requirements document, data schemes and flows, algorithms, interfaces requirements and etc
* Cooperation and coordination with business customer, IT team, 3d parties and others stakeholders at all stages of product development/project
* Participation in solutions acceptance and post go live support (quality control, testing, fixing and fine tuning of systems and processes)
* Development, implementing and documenting of relevant business processes
* Tactical tasks
* Problems and incidents analysis
* Urgent change and optimisation tasks

* Preparing product materials and consulting internal customer on existing products
Requirements
* Skills and experience in business processes and system analysis and ability to maintain appropriate documentation coverage through all project steps
* Experience in writing of task definitions, processes description, procedures and etc.
* Strong knowledge of financial markets/brokers products
* Knowledge of investment products (REPO, MM, derivatives, cash equity) is an advantage
* Awareness of modern electronic trading technologies, such as HTF, ALGO, DMA
* Work experience in investment bank/broker
* Focus on result

* Pro-activity, responsibility and commitment, ability for good self- and team management
* Ability to work under pressure, work with big volumes of documents
