BCS Global Markets is looking for a highly motivated professional to strengthen our Moscow based SP team

Sales Director:

- manages corporate derivatives clients relationships within BCS Global Markets team by keeping an up-to-date market knowledge, keeping in touch with clients and proactively following-up on files & projects for the clients
- analyzes equity, fx, interest rate exposure of corporates and holdings and provide insight on exposure and adapted solutions (internal & external)
- supports a team of Global Markets corporate relationship managers to provide derivatives angle to potential deals with corporate clients
- acts as a point of contact within BCS GM for corporate derivatives
- acts as a product ambassador towards internal and external stakeholders
- participates in structuring and execution of solutions required by corporate clients and holdings in collaboration with the rest of the structuring team
- ensures execution of all corporate trades by liaising with trading, back office and ensuring smooth booking, confirmation & settlement
- deliver presentations & pitches on derivatives products & solutions to corporates, holdings and internal stakeholders (e.g. hedging solutions or flow products)


- degree in Business/Economics/Finance or equivalent
- good balance of quantitative, commercial and communication skills
- relevant working experience of 5-7 years in a sales/structuring/front office role
- a good grasp of various derivative types and structures used in investment products
