Relationship Manager & Sales (HNWIs) / Abu Dhabi

Growing Wealth Management and Prime Brokerage/Trading platform located in Abu Dhabi (ADGM) and regulated by FSRA. The platform provides multi-asset (equity and fixed income) prime brokerage/execution services and Asset Management/Advisory products to professional and institutional clients with a specific focus on Emerging Markets.
The platform offers a one-stop shop for wealth management products together with broad market access with in-house custody, execution and structured solutions. We focus on transparency and robust control in the interests of clients throughout the entire investment process in line with the highest regulatory standards.

Position includes the following responsibilities:
• Spearhead client origination, both professional and institutional, in the designated region.
• Build/transfer AuM to leverage off the firm's product offering, ensuring a balanced mix of commission and risk-driven income
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients consistently expanding assets under management and the overall product engagement
• Provide advisory services to clients regarding asset allocation and promote in-house advisory and asset management products
• Lead the client suitability assessment process for proper design of client portfolios

Requirements

Requirements:
• Existing client portfolio with diversified revenue potential including structured solutions and financing
• Substantial prior experience in client origination and portfolio management within a certain region
• Familiarity with a wide array of global market products and strong personal advisory framework.
• Comprehensive understanding of market conduct and AML compliance requirements.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to work hands-on and independently.
• Willingness to operate within a start-up environment and make significant contributions to business development and success
