Role description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Business Development Associate to help shape and execute our growth strategy. In this role, you will develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies, nurture relationships with clients and partners, and drive revenue goals.

Responsibilities

Formulate, implement, and execute comprehensive business development strategies in collaboration with senior management
Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and partners, ensuring business growth
Negotiate and finalize agreements and partnerships
Drive and achieve revenue goals through targeted business development strategies
Monitor and analyze performance metrics
Analyze market data to provide actionable insights for business development strategies
Attend Web3 meetups and conferences to enhance Mezen’s presence
Stay updated on emerging trends, projects, and innovations in the Web3 space

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of one year of experience in business development with a proven track record
Strong knowledge of business development strategies and project management
Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
Experience in blockchain technology or cryptocurrency markets
Self-motivated with a proactive, strategic mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
