Senior Accountant (Family Office/Abu Dhabi)), Secret Pool

Position Overview: The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the accounting team,
managing daily accounting operations, reviewing financial reports, leading audits, and participating in
the implementation of a new accounting system. This role requires a highly organized and detail-
oriented individual with a background in investment or wealth management company or family offices,
capable of handling multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.

• Lead the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial and tax regulations
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, preparation of
financial statements and tax returns
• Lead and coordinate external and internal audits, addressing any issues that arise
• Participate actively in the implementation and optimization of the new accounting system
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work
environment
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives and initiatives.
