Intern, Advance Capital

Advance Capital seeks candidates for a six-month paid internship who will have a chance to work on M&A, ECM and Research projects (primary focus).

• Support preparation of investment teasers and information memos
• Support financial models building
• Support market reports preparation
• Search and analysis of macroeconomic and sectoral data
• Tracking M&A transactions and news

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics (preferably from HSE, NES, MSU or MGIMO)
• Profound knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, business valuation
• Fluent English (spoken & written)
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point and Word at an advanced level
• Solid financial modeling skills
• Experience in corporate finance (IB, PE, VC, Consulting) as an advantage
• Published scientific articles as an advantage
