Designing and development top-quality business applications using Python and SQL
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business users, product and project managers, to translate requirements into technical solutions
Close work with various departments, such as business users, product managers, and project managers, to convert requirements into effective technical solutions
Development of efficient backend services and APIs
Implementation of user-friendly front-end interfaces
Enhancing the performance of the application and resolve any issues or problems
Implementation of security best practices to data-protection
Implementation automation units and tests
Participation in peer code reviews

Requirements

University degree in IT
5+ years of experience in the role of Business Application Developer
Proven experience as an App developer with expertise in Python3 and SQL databases
Proven expertise with MS SqlServer is a strong advantage
Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Unified Modeling Language would be considered as a plus
Familiarity with JetBrain’s TeamCity, Docker is considered as a plus
Preferably knowledge of Avaloq API and database structure
Fluency in English, both oral and written
French, German or Russian will be considered as an asset
