We've come a long way: from property listings to local sales offices and our own reconstruction and construction projects abroad. Since 2010, we've closed over 2000 real estate deals and, since 2016, financed over €200 million in construction projects in Europe and Dubai. Currently, we're expanding into Senior Living: developing and managing coliving spaces for adults aged 55+ in Southern Europe.

We now have 7 local offices: in Germany, Greece, UAE, Turkey, Thailand, Cyprus, and Indonesia. This allows us to delve deeper into local markets, secure better conditions for our clients from developers, and ensure service quality until the deal is closed.

Our website ranks on the first page of Google and Yandex for most queries related to international real estate. It features over 150,000 listings in 70 countries and receives over 20,000 visitors daily seeking to buy property or find information about foreign markets, purchasing conditions, or obtaining residency or citizenship in another country.

Regularly, we're among the top 5 most cited real estate resources according to "Medialogia".
