Sber CIB is the investment banking business of Sber. We provide integrated financial solutions and investment advisory services to our clients, the majority of whom are large companies.

Debt Capital Markets is a product team within the Investment Banking division responsible for the client advisory and execution of the public debt transactions such as Russian local bond placements, liability management transactions, credit rating advisory mandates, etc. Sber CIB is one of the leaders of the Russian DCM market.

The successful candidate will play a vital and accountable role in all aspects of origination and execution work across different sectors and sub-products.

-Participation in execution of DCM transactions:
o Leading on preparation of presentations, spreadsheets, memoranda

o Execution of the pipeline: participation in the calls, contribution to structuring of the transactions and other selected workstreams of the transactions

-Interaction with senior team members and client representatives on detailed, day-to-day aspects of the transaction. Communication with co-advisers, lawyers, accountants and other counterparties
-Communication with firm’s Fixed income syndicate and client managers
-Leading on preparation of internal analytical materials on DCM team positions, results, strategy, etc.
