Responsibilities

Originate new business and deepen existing client relationships by identifying and closing Equity and FI deals with international institutional clients
Opening new accounts within the company
Participating in professional conferences
Continuously develop relationships with clients

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• Higher education;
• 5+ years of experience in institutional sales;
• In-depth knowledge of financial markets, Equity & Fixed Income products, and investment strategies.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• English Fluent
