Responsibilities

- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, industry verticals, emerging blockchain technologies, and client-specific challenges.

- Prepare analytical reports and presentations that provide valuable insights and recommendations for clients.

- Participate in strategy creation for traditional companies and develop tokenomics for blockchain companies.

- Support the team in client projects, including strategy development, operations optimisation, and financial modelling.

- Prepare client proposals, ensuring they are tailored to the client's needs and objectives.

- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service to clients.

- Continuously learn and stay updated on the latest developments in the blockchain and crypto industry.

Requirements

- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- Prior experience or knowledge in blockchain and cryptocurrency is a strong advantage.

- Strong financial modelling skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Figma is an advantage.

- Passion for blockchain and crypto.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

- Ability to work effectively, independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote work environment.

- Availability to work remotely during standard business hours (GST).
