• Originate, structure and execute equity and equity-linked new issues such as initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary placements, rights issues, convertible bonds and exchangeable bonds
• Advising on pre-IPO restructuring and equity financing

Requirements

• Relevant professional track record in ECM
• PQ 10+
• MBA, Master’s Degree in Economics (Banking, Finance, Investments) or in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering from a reputed university
• Fluency in English and Russian, both written and verbal
