Client Onboarding Manager (Capital Markets Corporate Investment Bank), Recruitment Boutique S.M.Art

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with Company’s Counterparties and customers - participation in negotiations; leading clients through set-up procedure; carrying out due-diligence and KYC checks together with regional compliance officers; opening brokerage/custody accounts / counterparty acronyms in the company’s internal CRM system

• Managing the negotiation process and signing of agreements and terms of business (between customers/counterparties and internal departments) and master agreements with financial institutions (ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA) & adding key parameters and the covenants to register and databases

• Maintaining electronic document workflow relating to customers/counterparties and statistical records in CRM system & information support of business lines

• Interaction with related subdivisions (business divisions, compliance, legal support, risk management, etc.) in group of companies in the Republic of Cyprus, the United Kingdom, United States and Russian Federation

• Proposing innovative solutions on development and optimization of onboarding and account opening processes


• Higher education (in finance / economics / legal)
• 3 Year + Experience experience in financial (banking, brokerage) industry
• Fluent English (both written and oral, obligatory requirement)
• Good knowledge of AML / KYC legislation in the EU, the United Kingdom and Russian Federation
• Key understanding of MiFID, EMIR, SFTR, GDPR regulations is preferable
• Basic knowledge of CRM and back office software (SalesForce, QORT, OMS, EGUS, ALERT) is an advantage
