Investment Analyst / Associate, Matrix Capital

Matrix Capital is an investment boutique founded in 2016 with focus on Asset Management, Investment Banking and Venture Capital.
We are looking for an Investment Banking Analyst / Associate to support and strengthen IB workstream.
You will work directly with experienced professionals from UBS, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, RDIF, Goldman Sachs. You will receive hands-on experience working on various live projects, continuous mentoring and feedback and numerous development opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting MDs with deal origination: pitches preparation, mandates negotiations
• Leading deal execution:
- preparation of investment memos, termsheets, SPA, SHA, financial models
- communicating with clients and potential investors
- stakeholder management, project management
- coordination of work of subcontractors: DD, valuation, lawyers, etc.
