Sales Team Lead (B2B), International information agency, Recruitment Boutique S.M.Art

·         Attracting new clients for top-corporate business.
·         Leading the team of customer support managers
·         Pipeline management, timely identify and assess market trends to capture opportunities
·         Following and mapping Key Accounts, and developing relationship with Key People
·         Negotiation of commercial contracts
·         Develop excellent product knowledge, industry specific knowledge (Oil, Gas, Oil products, Petchems, Fertilizers)
·         Cross-sales

Requirements

·         No less than 3-years experience in people management (sales team)
·         5-years experience in Sales IT, IP License products and or consulting data bases and ratings
·         Experience in working with Oil and Gas companies, Chemicals, Exchanges, Commodity traders will an advantage
·         Strong negotiation, communication, presentation skills
·         Fluent English
