Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in marketing (preferably B2B) in the position of CMO or Head of digital marketing, preferably in digitally native companies (startup experience is a big plus)
• Sales strategy development and implementation background in e-commerce and/or marketplace projects
• Ability to manage partner relationships as key marketing leader
• Deep understanding of traffic generation, performance marketing tools, the main concepts of Yandex/Google PPC, email-marketing, SMS, chatbot marketing, Content marketing, PR, SEO, SMM (including work with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube influencers)
• Hands-on experience in most of the above areas. Ability to prioritize, manage many projects at the same time
• Data-centric thinking. Excellent knowledge of metrics such as CAC, LTV, Retention, MAU
• Good understanding of the unit economy and proven business metrics growth experience through efficient B2B lead generation and further closed sales
• Experience in scaling a business to approximately $100+ million in annual revenue as a leading marketing specialist or marketing director
• Experience in launching new digital product/new brand is mandatory
• Willingness to start alone/with few specialists and then automate main processes and build the team
