Account Management Head of Private Clients UK (Brokerage Firm), Recruitment Boutique S.M.Art

• Сoordinate the interaction of sub-divisions, automate work processes
• Be familiar with and be able to carry out procedures for opening accounts: collecting documents, completed forms, conducting customer checks (KYC / CDD / AML)
• Participation in projects related to onboarding and setup processes
• Monitor and manage the team and be able to do the following:
•Review, analyze and deal with incoming clients’ e-mails
•Manage several numbers of requests at the same time:
- identify the ways to resolve them
- collect the required information from the related Department
- make sure all information/notes are added to the Database
- keep clients updated and make everything possible to resolve their queries fast and efficiently
•Responding to client queries and actioning their requests within the SLA
•Logging Cash Withdrawals and Broker transfer requests
•Creating Phoenix Trading accounts
•Assisting clients with any discrepancies on their accounts
•Issuing Statements
•Act as the first point of contact for the front office with the rest of the organization to resolve key client issues
•Liaising with other departments in the Company internally to solve clients’ issues


• 1-3 years’ experience in Customer service/Account management/ Compliance in Financial services
• Knowledge and understanding of Data Protection, Compliance procedures
• Fluent in English
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Ability to work independently and in a Team
• Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
• Extremely organised with strong time-management skills
• Must have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Work well in a team and be flexible to new tasks and duties
• Strong IT skills, especially Excel. (Advanced level)
• Excellent attention to detail
