Call Center Director / Manager (Inside sales team) (US Financial Holding Company), Recruitment Boutique S.M.Art
• Provides sales and marketing training to team of Inside Sales Representatives
• Sets individual Sales Representatives production goals and minimum requirements.
• Monitors the performance of Sales Team to ensure their production and conversation metrics are met.
• Responsible for the overall pull through conversions from origination to closing.
• Reviews sales pipeline on daily/weekly/monthly basis to achieve production goals.
• Advises and assists in resolution of customer complaints.
• Collaborates with the Operations Department to assist in the flow of production/sales.
• Assists with the structuring/ re-structuring of mortgage loans as needed.
• Develop proactive sales strategies to improve company expectations in call volume, daily talk times, lead conversion, weekly submission totals and monthly funding quotas.
• Fluent English is a must (verbal, written)
• Completed higher education
• Proven working experience in sales ( cold calls is preferable)
• Ability to work with objections
• Strong customer service skills
• The office location is in Saint Petersburg
