I am a specialist with more than 5 years of background in the finance and investment area. For the first 3 years, I had been working for a Russian consulting firm where I occupied the position of financial analyst. I dealt with Federal and regional infrastructure projects structured on the principles of PPP. As an analyst, I supported senior colleagues and made investment memos and well-structured financial models.

In 2021 I moved to the Private Equity investment fund Sigma Capital for the Analyst position. Where I made market research, valuation of targets, and investment presentation for shareholder and financial models. The targets I valued related to different industries: retail, real estate, oil&gas.

My current job is - As an investment Manager at GS-Invest, GS-Invest is a management company of the IT holding. I am responsible for M&A deals as well as preparing all documentation (financial models, presentations, explanatory notes, etc) and participating in negotiations of deals details.
