Over the period 2009-2016 yy, the company's portfolio of Scania Financial Services (Scania Leasing LLC) demonstrates the strong performance of key ratios: low level overdue, provisions and high penetration of new financing;
Repossessed and sold big volume of the vehicles (incl. cross-border financing) across Russia and different types of vehicles;
Ability to work in the economic crisis (experience 2008-2009 and 2014-);
The creation of scoring product – Fast Track. Scania Russia is the first company to implement this scoring product and now other Scania companies from Brasil, Asia, Spain, South Africa use a similar scoring;
Reorganization of Credit Risk department, optimization and automation of internal processes (via SRS and incl. CRM);
Creation and introduction of new approaches in the analysis of the credit portfolio through GCRM model and Kaizen.
