Российские власти хотят ужесточить контроль за зарубежными операциями российских компаний и ИП, узнал «Коммерсантъ».
Детали. Согласно новому постановлению правительства, российские лица должны ежеквартально отчитываться в налоговую о движении денежных средств, а также иных финансовых активах (например, ценных бумагах, долях в компаниях) на иностранных счетах или с использованием зарубежных электронных средств платежа (от 600 тыс. руб.). Кроме того, теперь налоговые органы должны получать информацию о выручке, оставляемой на счетах за рубежом, а также о третьих лицах, которых участвуют во взаиморасчетах по внешнеэкономической деятельности.
Сейчас при наличии движения денежных средств российские компании и ИП должны отчитываться только о зачислениях и списаниях по счету с указанием лишь кодов операции. По новым правилам нужно будет указывать объем списаний и зачислений средств за квартал как в наличной, так и безналичной форме в рамках контракта — с указанием его «уникального кода».
По оценкам экспертов, эта мера затронет в первую очередь крупный бизнес: таким образом правительство хочет получить больше информации о движении средств, в том числе по зарубежным рублевым операциям.
