Corporate lawyer, IMPACT CAPITAL

We are an investment joint stock company IMPACT, creating value for shareholders by investing in promising projects, developing portfolio companies and effectively monetizing assets.

We have an opening for a corporate lawyer position.

You will be responsible for:
- Preparing legal opinions on corporate and tax law issues that arise in the company's activities, including interactions with non-residents of the Russian Federation
- Preparing corporate documents such as board resolutions and shareholder meetings
- Interacting with government agencies such as the Central Bank of Russia, the Prosecutor's Office, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs
- Handling litigation and pre-trial work
- Preparing corporate documents such as corporate contracts, amendments to company charters, local regulations, meeting minutes, and decisions of the sole participant
- Registering changes related to the incorporation documents, information about company participants, addresses, etc. with the Federal Tax Service
- Handling contract work, including drafting sale and purchase agreements, including for shares and loans, mixed contracts, and legal review of contracts
- Advising management and staff on matters related to civil, tax, corporate, and civil legislation
