Duties
- Organize team work on building buy-side pipeline according with existing investment focus
- Originate, negotiate, structure and prepare deals for Investment committee approval
- Interaction with providers in course of due diligence and deal closing
- Work in boards of portfolio companies

Requirements

Requirements
- Top university graduate (HSE, MIPT, MSU); Foreign MBA is a plus
- 5-10 year of professional experience in buy-side finance: PE/VC funds, family offices, M&A teams, special situations funds, etc.
- Strong track-record of closed investment deals, distressed assets, special situations
- Solid deal structuring skills in all standard jurisdictions
- Strong negotiating skills, personal seniority, good networker
- Ability to lead a team effort of 3-5 junior professional
- Fluent English speaker
